- v0.8.1e + f
- Your character’s turnons and turnoffs now have much more flexibility, with the ability to choose any number and assign one of several priorities to them, to determine how much they affect your PC’s assessment of an NPC’s hotness
- There is one special priority for turnons: Must-Have, without which you will not find an NPC attractive
- Similarly, there is one special priority for turnoffs: Dealbreaker, the presence of which will make an NPC maximally unattractive regardless of all else
- An NPC’s lack of a turnon/turnoff is no longer assessed if it isn’t possible — for example, a preference for large breasts is not a factor in your PC’s assessment of a cis man
- An NPC’s hotness is scaled against what’s possible, so you no longer need to take at least four turnons to find any NPC hot — matching one or two strong preferences is sufficient
- Conversely, if your PC has only one or two milder preferences, their assessments will be pretty muted, rather than, for example, a mild preference for short hair making half the population seem hot
- If you have cheats enabled, you can now edit an NPC’s turnons and turnoffs through the View Person dialog, next to the Edit Inclinations button
- If an NPC is a Soft Dom, they will no longer punish you for breaking rules but instead reward you for following them (unless you are a Brat, in which case they will give you the punishment you want)
- As you’re found to be following a Soft Dom’s rules, you will gain favor with them, and favor can be traded in for rewards such as praise (which increases Composure), being treated to dinner, and getting a break from having to follow rules
- Similarly, if your PC has the Soft Dom inclination, you may choose to reward your sub for following your rules
- Adjusted some older content to better take Soft Dom and Brat behavior into account (this will be ongoing)
- Added an interaction with a romantic partner or friend-with-benefits to discuss birth control
- Added some new Elkbook lines (contributed by CadiaCreations)
- A new phone app called Valkyrie now exists, with two departments: Books, which consolidates every available book, and Clothes, which consolidates every available clothing item, with the downside that shipping costs extra money and takes time (contributed by CGeorge)
- The background NPC simulation now makes more attempts to find valid matches for events involving multiple NPCs (such as becoming friends), making these events happen more often and more reliably
- Notifications that appear at the top of a passage are now often consolidated where possible (contributed by CGeorge)
- Most store views can now be sorted by price and name, and let you page through rather than presenting every item on one page (contributed by CGeorge)
- Bookstores can now be filtered by which skills they provide (contributed by CGeorge)
- Adjusted peak fertility values upwards to better match estimated real world rates
- To compensate, added a few more options to the fertility slider under Difficulty Options, mostly on the lower end
- The fertility cycle day now resets at the end of a pregnancy, meaning it takes about two weeks to become fertile again — still not entirely realistic, but closer!
- Fixed an issue with calculating the current fertility cycle day, meaning this has changed for the PC and NPCs as applicable
- Added d20 tattoo (contributed by General Tacitus)
- Added meditation pillow that adds a new meditate action to your room (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Added some new foods, including a couple daily specials, to the dining halls on campus (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Your newest sub rule will now be highlighted in the scene where it’s being added
- Some miscellaneous fixes contributed by Rfpnj and CGeorge
- Finished and enabled some BangCoffee events that had been lingering in the code (contributed by Hee Ho and CGeorge)
- You can now sort the People list by name, attitudes, and general relevance (the previous and still default sort which prioritizes favorites)
- You can now add individual people to up to nine custom groups through the View Person dialog by clicking the grid button next to the Favorite button in the upper right
- As soon as a custom group has at least one person in it, it will appear with the other tabs in the People dialog, and it can be renamed from here
- Prologue choices have been slightly reworked, mostly to separate relationship type inclinations (Polyamorous, Demisexual, etc.) from virginity status and related experiences (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Quickstart skillpoints for skill level allocation have been increased to 15 (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Expanded BangCoffee’s drinks selection (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Added a couple additional color options to camo items (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Added new luxury sportswear items, some skintight variant items, and some utility items (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Most “basic” clothing items (things under $100) have been reduced in price (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Many fixes and tweaks
- A reminder that if you participated in early access, that version will no longer be updated until the next early access period — it's time to move to the public version!

- :
- Added a background simulation system that allows events involving various NPCs to play out behind the scenes regardless of the player’s current activity.
- The player may occasionally witness NPC simulation events if they are in the right place at the right time.
- Simulation events are also surfaced on Elkbook, where NPCs post updates and status changes about their daily lives.
- Within the background simulation, NPCs can form friendships, become enemies after arguments, build romantic and sexual relationships, and more. NPC relationships are now constantly evolving.
- Depending on their relationship with the player, NPCs may approach the PC for advice on important life choices, such as whether to befriend someone, start dating, or break up.
- NPCs will gradually gain skills and new inclinations through their experiences in the background simulation, just as the player character does.
- Implemented Relationship Health, a semi-random noise-based system that simulates the natural ups and downs of relationships. Low relationship health increases the chance of arguments and breakups, while making up can restore it.
- NPCs who cheat will typically have one regular affair partner. If their original relationship ends, this person will usually become their next official partner.
- Revamped the View Person dialog for improved readability and organization, now featuring clear subsections under tabs.
- Added the NPC’s full Elkbook profile, including their recent posts, to the View Person dialog.
- Added a new summer month called Solune to balance the calendar. The year now consists of four seasons with two months each.
- Added a Spouse relationship type (currently available only to NPCs).
- The “married professor” archetype now properly generates an actual spouse townie. Several other townies can now also generate with spouses.
- Added advanced versions of all existing courses for Years 2, 3, and 4.
- Rearranged professor course assignments and allocated the new advanced courses accordingly.
- The academic year now progresses properly: At the start of each new year, the player advances into higher-level courses, can choose new electives, and gains the option to change majors in Year 2.
- NPC students also advance in year and move into appropriate new courses.
- Senior students will now “graduate” — they are either converted into townies or removed from the game. NPCs the player has shown care for (favoriting them is sufficient) will be converted into townies instead of removed.
- New freshmen are generated to replace graduating seniors.
- Sports teams will automatically select new quarterbacks, captains, etc., if previous ones graduate, with incoming freshmen filling remaining roster spots.
- Year 4 currently loops for the player similarly to Year 1. This will be expanded in future updates to allow the player character to transition into a townie.
- Pregnancy system is now nearly fully implemented. NPCs who have unprotected sex may become pregnant based on fertility levels, birth control use, and other factors. This also applies to the player character.
- Added fertility and pregnancy duration sliders. Pregnancy can also be completely disabled under Content Options.
- While some NPCs actively want to start a family, most view pregnancy as inconvenient and will usually try to avoid it.
- Added the MoonPhase app to track fertility cycles for PCs who can become pregnant.
- Added various events that occur throughout a pregnancy for both the PC and NPCs.
- Added a dialogue option to inform NPCs that you’re pregnant, including the choice to tell a partner it’s theirs or admit you’re unsure.
- Added an Offspring tab in the Character menu to track children (only visible once you have offspring).
- Implemented trimester-specific changes to need decay and other effects during pregnancy.
- Added pregnancy checkups at the local clinic, where you can discover if you’re having twins (rare) and have a chance to learn the baby’s sex.
- Added a “going into labor” sequence for the PC or a pregnant partner, including the opportunity to name the baby.
- The PC’s baby can currently be sent home to their parents or put up for adoption. This currently concludes the pregnancy content.
- Sending a baby home will result in higher weekly payments.
- Fixed issues with bell curve NPC stat calculation. NPCs can now occasionally have more extreme stat values.
- Added new inclination: Brat — for submissive characters who are defiant and enjoy being disciplined.
- Added new inclination: Soft Dom — for dominant characters who are gentle with their partner and prioritize their pleasure.
- Added Shy inclination, which makes it significantly harder for NPCs to initiate conversations.
- Added Nature Prevails inclination — NPCs with this trait prefer not to interfere with pregnancy. This replaces Chaste in relevant checks.
- Possessing the Loner inclination no longer automatically classifies an NPC as shy.
- NPC archetypes are now less rigid. Instead of every NPC of the same archetype sharing nearly identical skills and inclinations, they are now split into sub-archetypes for greater variety.
- An NPC’s college major and relationship status are now separate learnable facts. They can be discovered through normal socialization or asked about directly.
- Coaches are now treated the same as professors regarding dating and relationship mechanics.
- NPCs in a D/s relationship can now receive all the same clothing-related sub rules as the PC, including the ability to give them a collar.
- Added new “Soft Dom” sub rules focused on ensuring the dominant takes care of their submissive’s basic needs (eating properly, getting enough sleep, etc.).
- Added the ability to check your submissive for rule violations and administer punishments when rules are broken (contributed by CGeorge).
- Added a Location Population Cap slider. This sets a maximum number of NPCs that can be present in one location at a time, improving performance on slower devices and reducing overcrowding. Can be set to Unlimited.
- NPCs will now sometimes stay home at night instead of always going out, with different possible activities based on their interests.
- Added several new starting options.
- Added several new distinguishing marks.
- The prologue is now slightly less linear.
- Added many new dialogue lines (contributions from ArcusCaelestis, General Tacticus, and Starlight).
- Made computer-based art actions available in the Chamberlain Hall computer lab, including photo editing software.
- Added a dropdown menu to the Phone button in the left sidebar for quick access to phone functions.
- Made Reminders and Calendar phone functions available during events via the dropdown menu.

- If you’re skilled in Photography and/or have notoriety on the Inkmorrow platform, clients (NPCs from town or campus) may approach you on that platform wishing to be photographed
- Clients may request various forms of photoshoots, from simple headshots to boudoir and nude shoots
- Managing the client’s nervousness and their rapport with you will make for a better final product — in addition to potentially allowing you to do more during the shoot
- Nudity is now taken into account in photographs, requiring a certain Exhibitionism level to post or share them
- Nude photos will garner more of a reaction from NPCs they’re gifted to
- Implemented a hidden Trust attitude that will, generally, decrease when you bully an NPC or otherwise betray their trust, and increase with positive hangouts, dates, or encounters
- An NPC mistrusting you will affect their attitude towards you and what sort of relationship they wish to have with you
- Like other attitudes, Trust will tend to normalize over time, though it never quite zeroes out once changed
- Added a new prose event that may happen if you’ve been annoying the hell out of somebody who has a romantic partner
- Added a new type of possible wardrobe malfunction: the shirt bust! This can afflict characters with a large bust who wear buttoned shirts, and the larger the bust, the greater the chances
- Added “shirt bust” events to various event sets throughout the game
- Split off “sideboob” incidents into their own form of wardrobe malfunction (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Added sideboob-related events to various event sets throughout the game (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Added a new event to the clinic task set
- Added new detailed walkthroughs for The Roommate / Roommate’s Partner storyline and The Best Friend storyline (contributed by CGeorge)
- Added a map marker for the library basement party after it’s unlocked (contributed by CGeorge)
- A list of all sports team members will now be available in the Campus Recreation office within Blodgett Gym one week after signups open (contributed by CGeorge)
- A story hint will point you toward this list if you’re still trying to find the last one or two team members
- for some reason
- (contributed by CGeorge)
- Expanded and standardized the selection of animals for animal ear headband accessories et al (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Added a lingerie outfit type that NPCs can use in certain circumstances (currently only for boudoir photo shoots, but we’ll work on making these used in more places)
- Added many possible lingerie outfits for NPCs (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Added a new event/encounter to the “special practice” swim sessions
- Added some other new events here and there
- When buying a giftable physical item at a shop, you now have the option to ship it directly to an NPC of your choice, rather than having to own it yourself and give it away (contributed by CGeorge)
- An NPC gifted via store purchase will send a followup message soon after with the same sorts of reactions, milestones acknowledged, and so on as if you had gifted them in person (contributed by CGeorge)
- You can now see a hint if an option in a passage is locked behind having a specific inclination (contributed by CGeorge)
- If you’re a little short when buying a tattoo or piercing, you may now be able to make alternative arrangements, if you’re persuasive
- Added Inkmorrow data tracking to the Hobbies tab in the Character dialog (contributed by CGeorge)
- Added some new clothing items like a skintight graphic top and a punk skirt with an aim to providing more options to adhere to sub rules (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Adjusted some outfits and their spawn rates and fixed various outfit issues (contributed by Hee Ho)

- You can now sell your art via a new site called Inkmorrow. Publish it via the “Work on your art” action in your room!
- Inkmorrow sells prints of your art, which generally sell less often than books but are more individually lucrative (other means to make money through your art on this site will be forthcoming imminently)
- When talking to NPCs, you can now ask them to model for you for the purposes of your art — whether they accept mostly just depends on whether you have a good relationship
- You may further ask NPCs modeling for you to pose topless or nude — whether they accept depends on their relationship with you and whether they have any exhibitionist inclinations
- Art pieces now have more dynamic names, calling out their quality and anything notable about how the NPC posed (such as if they posed nude)
- Art pieces are now differentiated between physical (such as from a sketchbook or canvas) or digital (such as from a digital camera)
- Printers and digital scanners can be purchased in the electronics department at JT Ult
- Digital art pieces can be printed to make a physical copy, and physical art pieces can be scanned to make a digital copy
- Only physical art pieces can be displayed in your dorm or given to other NPCs. Giving away a physical art piece will remove it from your inventory
- Only digital art pieces can be published and sold on Inkmorrow. When the piece has stopped generating sales, it will be quietly removed to reduce save bloat
- Added some new filter options to the People dialog
- Did some optimizations to make People filters faster overall (I’ll continue working on this)
- Bunnysuits are now a valid dress code for the River Rat, with a couple new clothing items added to support it
- People you talk to in person will now notice if you’re exposed and form a memory of it
- Deciding to be free use at the Greek party will now garner attention more reliably
- Added a couple new sexual experience options to the prologue
- Added a walkthrough system, a more detailed (read: spoilery) guide through specific storylines for players who want that, with tracking of gamestate so it can tell you exactly what to do or what you’re waiting for (contributed by CGeorge)
- The first two walkthroughs available are for The Classroom Harasser and Greek House storylines — more will be coming! (contributed by CGeorge)
- Adjusted The Classroom Harasser storyline sequence a little for consistency, particularly for players pursuing the dominance path (contributed by CGeorge)
- Adjusted the reminder and alarm time for the extra credit task at the observatory for clarity, as it’s the one extra credit task that takes place at an unusual time (contributed by CGeorge)
- If you know an NPC’s birthday, you can now offer them birthday wishes in person or over text (contributed by CGeorge)
- Extended anal with a range of new acts available in encounters (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Added a selection of anal beads to the game’s various toy shops, and associated new acts (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Add some new act memory and tracking (contributed by Rfpnj)
- Added several new hairstyles, including French curl braids, knotless braids, tapered afro, curled locs, and more (contributed by Hee Ho)

- Added many new outfit possibilities for NPCs (contributed by Hee Ho)
- Adjusted many outfit spawn rates for greater variety (contributed by Hee Ho)
